ROT OF THE DIVINE
PROP PROJECT
This project explores a world in the aftermath of a fallen church once devoted to divine perfection. With faith collapsed, sacred objects no longer remain pristine symbols of eternity, instead becoming warped, organic forms overtaken by bone-like growth, rot, and slow biological distortion.
Rather than framing decay as corruption, the project treats it as revelation. These relics reflect a philosophy where imperfection is truth, beauty coexists with death, and meaning is no longer dictated by gods, but defined by the individual.
The work focuses on reimagining holiness through organic materials, flesh-like textures, erosion, and growth, replacing marble and light with something raw, human, and mortal.
